I am unsure whether to start gentle movement during my pregnancy
Gentle, mindful movement during pregnancy is not only calming, but also offers real physical and mental benefits. It can ease stress, lift your mood, and help you feel more connected to your changing body.
This kind of movement may also support a healthier pregnancy by reducing backache, improving overall fitness, and helping to prepare your body for birth. You’ll find links to some great resources on the FAQ page.
Sessions are designed to be adaptable and supportive throughout each stage of pregnancy.
Do I need medical clearance before joining?
When you register, you'll be asked to complete a short, industry-approved screening form. This is designed to support your well-being and encourage you to check in with your GP or obstetric care provider if needed.
Everyone’s journey is unique, so it’s recommended to check in with your GP to ensure gentle movement is right for you prior to joining.
