In a demanding world, Moving with Chi offers a quiet and supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply and return to yourself.
These sessions invite you to move with awareness, kindness and curiosity, cultivating presence, strength and inner calm.

Moving with Chi is suitable for adults of all ages and experience levels.
No prior movement or dance background is required. Simply come as you are.

Day & Time: Monday evenings, 7:30–8:30pm
