Mindful ballet
Many people carry a quiet curiosity about ballet, perhaps something they wished to try as a child but never had the chance.
Mindful Ballet offers a welcoming space to explore this beautiful movement form while supporting your wellbeing and vitality.
Come and experience the joy of movement, the energy of music, and the simple magic of dancing through space.
Rather than focusing on performance or perfection, we will explore ballet as a mindful and expressive movement practice where posture, breath, and awareness guide the experience.
Through simple exercises, you will learn foundational ballet movements while cultivating balance, coordination and a deeper connection between body and mind.
Moving to beautiful music, you will experience the pleasure of travelling through space with intention and grace.
No previous dance experience is needed.
